Reminders for the trip:
If your child is NOT taking the bus for any leg of the trip then, please submit the ride change here at least 5 days prior to the trip. This helps us release the seat for any single ride families.
Please send a message to your bus stop coordinators as well as the IMSA Student Life office and your RC if the rider will not be on the bus for any reason.
Riders who have committed to a seat for the whole school year have priority. Single rides may be available if there is a seat available. Please contact PACBus@IMSAPAC.org and complete the single ride form here.
Students are allowed only 1 piece of luggage and a small carry-on. Musical instruments are not allowed inside the bus.
Starting from IMSA: All students must arrive at the bus location 15 mins prior to departure and form lines. The buses will arrive at about 30 mins prior to departure and leave on time.
No-show can cause delays so please inform the stop coordinator and the bus coordinator in case of last minute changes or dropouts. The price you paid for the whole year is the same even if the student will not take or miss the bus.
Parents must be at the stop before the bus arrives for both drop off and pickup. The bus will not wait if the student is running late. Please plan to be 15 minutes early.
