Please do not switch tables when you arrive at the banquet. Our servers are prepared to deliver meals to the table you have been assigned. Any changes will disrupt service.Table Location in Banquet Hall

Your student’s childhood photos will be used to create a slideshow of all the member of the Class of 2023. It is so much fun for the graduates and larger audience to see these photos as they are streamed throughout the banquet!
Slideshow will be shared with all senior families via email after the event, so if you are not able to attend the banquet, we encourage you to submit photos so you can broadcast the slideshow at your individual celebrations at home.

A limited number of hotel rooms are available at Embassy Suites at the IMSA PAC rate.
